From milestone celebrations to long-overdue dinners with friends, the best gatherings are about more than simply finding a table large enough for everyone. They are about creating an experience that feels a little different from an ordinary night out. Across Easton Porter Group’s Charleston restaurant portfolio, private dining spaces offer hosts the opportunity to do exactly that, with settings and menus tailored to the occasion.
At Costa, The Yacht Loft offers an intimate setting for up to 20 guests, with a cozy nautical feel and a view overlooking the main dining room. Guests have their own space while still enjoying the energy of the restaurant. The dining experience is equally flexible. Groups can order from the à la carte menu or work with the culinary team to create a custom selection of small plates, pastas, entrées, sides and desserts. Wine pairings, caviar and other enhancements can be added, while built-in A/V makes the space equally suited to presentations, entertainment, or videos.
For larger celebrations, a full Costa buyout accommodates up to 100 guests. One recent wedding reception took over the entire restaurant, complete with musicians, a caviar station, raw bar and fresh pastas—an intimate celebration with all the trappings of a grand occasion.

At Wild Common, The Overlook accommodates up to 12 guests in an elevated, semi-private setting overlooking the courtyard and main dining room. The arrangement puts guests in the middle of the restaurant’s atmosphere without the bustle. The dining experience mirrors the restaurant itself, with the evening’s menu served alongside the same wine and zero-proof pairings and full beverage selection available in the dining room.
The Overlook has hosted everything from bachelor and bachelorette celebrations to dining clubs, graduations, and dinners among friends. Some of the most meaningful events are with families who first celebrated a milestone at Wild Common and then come back years later to mark another chapter in the same place.

At The Restaurant at Zero George, private dining takes on a more intimate, culinary-driven vibe. The upstairs inside dining room seats up to 15 guests at one table, with the full chef’s tasting menu served alongside optional wine pairings.
For a larger celebration, a restaurant buyout accommodates up to 36 guests for a fully seated dinner, beginning with cocktails beneath the palms and lights of the bluestone and moving to dinner on the outdoor piazza. A cocktail-style buyout can accommodate up to 75 guests, with passed canapés and drinks throughout the restaurant.
Then there is the Caviar Bar, where eight guests can reserve the entire outdoor bar and enjoy an evening together on the upstairs piazza at the bar and low tables. Though not technically private, its intimate scale makes it feel like a gathering of its own.
Whether it’s a wedding dinner with personalized cocktails, intimate birthday, with candles and a bespoke tablescape, or simply an excuse to bring good people around one table, these spaces offer something a traditional dinner reservation cannot: the opportunity to make the evening entirely your own.
