Social Impact: A lot of Heart

The American Heart Association’s Charleston Heart Ball marks a moment in time to reflect, honor, and celebrate the progress made through discovery of groundbreaking research, advancements in access to care, local, state, and federal advocacy efforts, and equipping communities with lifesaving knowledge.

The American Heart Association’s year-round work to save lives and fund research is rigorous, diligent, and impactful. It’s all made possible by volunteers who are inspired and motivated by the mission of the American Heart Association. This year’s Heart Ball was held on Friday, March 20th.
